INTRO TO KETTLEBELL TRAINING (Pre-requisite to KETTLEBELL FITNESS TRAINING)
2 – 90 Minute Classes – $50
These classes are scheduled by appointment only.

CLASS STRUCTURE This class is designed to teach proper form and kettlebell etiquette. Classes will be focused on the hook grip, swing, clean, and the rack position. Jerk, Snatch, and Long Cycle will also be briefly covered.

This class will focus primarily on using kettlebells to get fit, combined with other equipment and exercises. Workouts will be different every day. There will always be one or more qualified AKC Coaches training classes listed above. Monthly training involves no binding contract, with AM & PM Classes. Small classes provide many benefits, including group support, the sharing of useful information, social camaraderie and motivation. All size kettlebells on premises.

KETTLEBELL SPORT COMPETITION TRAINING
Kettlebell Sport Competition Training (Up to 3 x week) Sessions/Month Pass $150

These classes will primarily be focused on training to compete in the sport of Kettlebell. An individualized program will be designed for you, based on your goals. You will be coached by a Certified AKC Lifting Coach and IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher. Learn the in and outs of kettlebell sport. Emphasis will be put on the 3 lifts; one and/or two arm long-cycle, Jerk, and Snatch. Pacing will also be taught and focused on throughout the training. No matter what your occupation or sport, kettlebell timed sets can build efficiency of movement that translates into healthy joints, explosive power, strength and endurance, quickness, mental toughness, and the list goes on. Lifters will be videotaped and judged.

WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - Lose up to 20 Pounds! 
8 weeks (3x week)= 24 sessions $399
Specific workouts and nutritional guidelines specifically designed for your lifestyle, body type, and ability. Journal keeping and weekly weigh-ins to insure your weight loss stays on track.  This is a must for anyone wanting to lose weight and needs motivation and guidance by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in Weight Loss.
